Word Pop: Japanese Edition is developed and operated by Landon Mann (“we”, “us”, “the Seller”), reachable at wanderersprestige@gmail.com. By using Word Pop: Japanese Edition, you agree to these terms:
All purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for your order: it handles payment processing, applicable taxes, invoicing, and receipts. Your payment details are collected and stored by Paddle, not by us.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Word Pop Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription. Prices are listed on our pricing page. Before you complete a purchase, Paddle shows the price, billing frequency, and automatic-renewal terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal linked in your receipt, or by emailing us at wanderersprestige@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access to Pro features until then. No partial refunds are normally issued for unused time within a billing period, except as provided by Paddle's Refund Policy or applicable law.
Purchases are subject to Paddle's Refund Policy. Payments are generally non-refundable unless that policy or applicable law provides otherwise. Paddle may consider discretionary refund requests made within 14 days of a charge; submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
To request a refund, use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit Paddle buyer support. For billing errors or problems accessing paid features, you can also contact us at wanderersprestige@gmail.com. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle using the original payment method where possible. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory withdrawal or consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed services.
Paid features currently include cloud backup, cross-device record synchronization, and larger daily allowances for image generation and manga text extraction. Text learning and reviews have no daily sentence limit. Daily allowances keep the service fast and affordable for everyone; they may be adjusted over time.
